Ilse Long, DMA

Dr. Ilse-Renee Long 

 

Ilse began studing violin at the age of 3, and started playing the piano soon after. She always knew she would have a career in music, and currently teaches private piano, voice, and violin lessons. Ilse is the artistic director of the Hurricane Civic Chorus, an adult community chorus in Hurricane, WV.

 

Education:

Ilse has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Voice Performance from the University of Charleston (WV), and a Masters of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts in Music Education from Boston University (MA). 

HOURS

Weekly lessons are scheduled according to each student's individual needs. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available.
